Frog Rapids Camp provides plenty of perks for its guests. Everything from staple groceries, WI-FI, Minnows, tackle and boats, we have everything our guests need for the perfect fishing trip.
For your convenience we carry staple groceries, fishing licences, a limited supply of fishing tackle, minnows and many souvenirs – all of which may be purchased in the Lodge (office). The Lodge is also equipped with a fireplace, television, pay phone and wireless internet access. The Lodge is open daily so if you have any questions our friendly staff members will be happy to answer them for you.
For those of you who like to BBQ, we have charcoal and propane Barbecues available for your use. We also have a few picnic tables around the property for those who like to dine outside.
We have beautiful 18’ cedar strip boats and motors ranging in size from 9.9 hp to 25 hp available for rent. For those who bring their own boats we offer ample docking space in our sheltered bay free of charge to guests. For our guest’s convenience, all of our docks are equipped with electrical outlets.

After a successful day of fishing, clean or store your catch in our unique fish house. The Fish House is cleaned daily and has cold running water to help make clean-up easy. Inside the fish house, beyond the fish cleaning area you will find fish lockers and flaked ice to store your fish and/or bait. Large and medium sized minnows are offered for sale by the dozen. Come talk to us in the lodge and we'll hook you up with your bait.
Frog Rapids Camp is conveniently located only 5 km (3 miles) south of Sioux Lookout. As a full service community Sioux Lookout has much to offer. There is a large grocery store, liquor and beer stores, and many restaurants and retail stores. The community has a public 9-hole golf course (tee times recommended). For those who would just like to go for a walk or jog, a paved fitness path that begins in town and ends conveniently at Frog Rapids Camp is right across the road.
